These Terms govern your use of Iron Oak Transport's website and dispatch services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide truck dispatch services including load finding, rate negotiation, trip planning, document management, compliance support, and 24/7 coordination. We are a dispatch service, not a freight broker — we work under your authority.
You must maintain valid MC authority and insurance, comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations, maintain equipment in safe condition, honor load commitments, and pay dispatch fees as agreed.
Fees: Basic (5%), Full Service (8%), Fleet (custom). Paid via factoring deduction, invoice, ACH, or credit card. Late payments (30+ days) may incur 1.5% monthly fee.
We are not responsible for freight damage/loss, accidents, DOT violations, or payment disputes with brokers. You must maintain auto liability ($1M min), cargo, and general liability insurance.
Either party may terminate anytime with no penalties. You remain liable for fees on completed loads.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive informational messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, dispatch updates, load alerts, and customer service communications) from Iron Oak Transport. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and service usage. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
